Unlike many smaller law firms, The Law Offices of Edward A. Guarini, Jr., P.A. does not seek to handle all types of legal matters. The areas of practice we do handle are as follows:

Personal injury and wrongful death resulting from the following:

  Trip and fall, slip and fall accidents defective design, negligent care and maintenance

Having remained a small law firm over the years has afforded us the opportunity to provide personalized service and support to our clients and their families. We understand that folks come to us because they need our help during what may be the most stressful time in their lives, and we seek to represent clientele who find themselves in need of assistance through competent professional legal representation.

All initial case consultations are FREE and can be handled in person or over the telephone.

There is NO FEE unless we collect for you. Almost all cases we handle operate on a contingency fee basis. This means that you pay nothing unless we are able to reach a settlement agreement acceptable to you or win your case in court.
